Cancelations

To cancel any cleaning, simply call 512-842-5133 or email cleaninggeorgetown@gmail.com within 48 hours of your appointment time to cancel. If you need to cancel within 48 hours of the appointment time, you will be charged a fee of 50% of the quoted amount.

Why do you charge a cancelation fee? 

We deeply value the hard work of our team. We guarantee their hours, even in the event of a cancelation so they can have a steady income. The fee is to pay their wages in the event we cannot fill the spot that was cancelled. 

Will you arrive exactly at the scheduled time?

If you scheduled the first morning spot of the day, usually 8:45 or 9am, then yes, we will arrival at that time. Subsequent cleaning slots have a 30-45 minute arrival window due to fluctuations in previous appointment times. Cleaning is not an exact science and sometimes appointments take a bit longer or shorter than expected but we try our best to be close to expected arrival time. 

Do I need to provide any supplies?

Nope- We bring all supplies and equipment! We use high end, carefully curated, residential grade supplies. Our supplies are gentle but get the job done and very light in fragrance. 

Bodily Fluid Policy

We are happy to help with normal usage and cleaning of toilets and bathrooms. However we do not clean any amounts of bodily fluid from pets or humans. Eg: Puddle of urine, feces of any kind or any amount of blood or vomit.
